What is referencing and why do I have to do it? This session will refer to the Harvard Cite Them Right style and will:

         
  • explain what referencing is
  •      
  • highlight why and when you should reference something in your work
  •      
  • show you how to cite sources in an assignment
  •      
  • show you how to reference a book, a journal article and a webpage in the Harvard Cite Them Right style
  •      
  • how to find additional information for different types of resources.

There will be opportunities to ask questions throughout the session.

This class will take place in Teams and a link will be sent out to attendees on the day of the event.
