LJMU Assist (HaloITSM) Agent Training
This session provides a comprehensive introduction to the LJMU Assist system, built on the HaloITSM platform. It is designed for support agents who will be using the system to manage incidents, requests, and other IT service processes. The training covers key features such as navigating the interface, logging and updating tickets, assigning and escalating cases, and using dashboards and queues effectively. By the end of the session, participants will be confident in handling day-to-day tasks within LJMU Assist and following best practices for efficient service management.
It would be a good idea to download Teams ahead of the session and test your microphone and speakers (webcam optional).
